This is Mike from TheSubBoxShop, I am the owner/operator of this company
I just got some bad news, and I will be having major surgery here in a couple days.
We are a family business, and we think it will be best if we shut down for what we're guessing is around a month. Each of us here has a specific role and without one of us it just doesn't function. We are hoping to be back up running the first week in September.
Please read below,
We will process and ship all orders made prior to shutting down
There will be little if any responses to messages until our return
Any issue like shipping damage, returns, exchanges, etc. we will have to tackle when we return.
We will extend our return policy by the number of days we are closed.
