Free shipping includes the USA 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please contact for a shipping quote.

Once the item is delivered it is the customers responsibility to collect and secure. We hold no responsibility for packages that go missing. Please request "Signature Required" with your order number via email if your area has an issue with packages disappearing.
